My name is Brianne, and I’m a wife and mother of two. I’ve worked in Corporate America, a small business, and the franchising world. I have been in charge of dozens of national accounts, operational streamlining for multi-million dollar business units, and a digital product used by industry-leading business leaders. While those paths may sound vastly different, they all had one thing in common. They were all deeply dependent on well-defined, smoothly-executed processes and experiences.
To put it plainly, I have an aversion to chaos, and I find myself thriving most when I’m operating within rhythms and minimizing unwelcome surprises. I have a gift for identifying trouble spots and implementing sustainable solutions. I started Flow State Consulting so I could share my gift with business leaders like you because I love small business. It changes lives and family trajectories. My personal goal is to help passionate business owners & leaders get re-energized and receive higher rewards while also creating environments where their teams are looking forward to Mondays!

With enough curiosity, we can identify what’s a symptom and what’s a root problem. Once the problem is resolved, you can stop playing whack-a-mole because the symptoms won’t resurface.
